Service Description
As a general rule of thumb we DO NOT ALLOW OVER NIGHT BOOKINGS unless it is with one of our DUNGEON MASTERS. There are additional considerations that we have to make regarding the security of the whole building , and alarms etc. If you do have a particular requirement let us know.
Cancellation Policy
We will be operating a no refund policy for these special bookings . However we reserve the right to cancel any session due to the lack of numbers. ( FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES ) The caretaker will over see the session and they will have the right to ask anyone to leave should they feel their behaviour / conduct is NOT acceptable .No refunds will be given in these circumstances See our invoice for further conditions
